Incontinence
is defined as involuntary loss of urine from bladder. It
is an inability of pelvic muscles to control the passage
of urine from the bladder. Incontinence is not a
disease, but rather a symptom causes by one or
more health related factors. It affects the general
lifestyle of a person. Incontinence can cause
embarrassment, stress, fear and depression, which can
eventually lead to social isolation. It disrupt
sleeping pattern, often cause stress and irritability
Generally 15% to 30% persons over the ages of 60 years
are incontinent. |

Stress
Incontinence:-

amount of urine due to increases intra abdominal
pressure.

Incontinence:-

Involuntary loss of
urine that occurs after the sensation to void is present.
Affects mainly elderly
incontinent people.

a strong urge occurs.

Reflex Incontinence:-
|

Frequent loss of urine
without any warning. Affects both active and bed ridden people.

Overflow Incontinence:- |

Leaking of urine that
occurs when the bladders reaches
a certain fullness. this excess
urine overflows
our of the bladder.
