Cancellation by Kosmochem Private Limited
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order in part or in full for any reason. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will inform you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. We reserve the right to capture / charge your card to the full or partial authorized amount for the concerned order.

Cancellations by the customer
You may cancel your order or some items in your order before we bill and ship the items. Kindly refer to our Returns and Cancellation Policy for more details on the same. In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed /approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount, if any, charged to your card. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

Returns & Cancellations Policy
Our aim is to ensure that our customer is completely satisfied. Considering ourselves to be in the healthcare industry, our products are not eligible for returns. However incase wrong product is shipped / delivered, we shall replace the same, if the said wrong product is returned within 7 days on receipt of the same.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on customer support or mail us at online@kosmochem.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Warranty
The products which are covered under warranty would be subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and as mentioned on the product warranty card.

Payment & Refund
We accept the following mode of payment:-

• Cash on Delivery (in selected cities)
• Net Banking
• Cheques (subject to realization)

In case of refunds or cancellations, the refund shall be processed in the same mode of payment which was used while making the online purchase. For purchases made by “Cash on Delivery”, the refunds will be paid by way of a cheque which will be issued within 30 days in favour of the registered customer.

Refusal of service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the service at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the security, or proper administration of the service.

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and timely. We will strive to deliver products ordered within 3 to 6 business days of the order being confirmed in case of Defined & Metro Cities. For other cities, our products should be delivered within a time span of 4 to 10 days. However for certain remote geographies, the time for deliveries may exceed 10 days. If you require any assistance in understanding our Shipping Policy please do not hesitate to call our customer care numbers.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

•	Each order will be shipped only to a single destination address. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
•	We will make our best efforts to ship our orders within 3 working days on receipt of the same.
•	However in some cases, we may take up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other store or our vendors.
•	In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your order completely within 7 working days on receipt of the same, and if you wish to cancel the same, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded in the manner you have made the payment.
•	We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

•	Shipping Charges Calculation Our shipping charges are based on the type of the product and the city we ship. The defined cities as per our website, currently, Mumbai & Pune have an edge over the other non defined cities. It may be in terms of delivery time and/ or option of cash on delivery and/ or shipping charges. Incase of customers from defined cities, shipping charges on some of the product SKU’s would be charged only on the first unit of purchase. Any additional units of the respective SKU may not attract any shipping charges. The calculation of shipping charges is based on the above factors and is displayed when you enter the quantity into the quantity box for registered users (as the address is on our records). For non registered users, maximum estimated shipping charges will be displayed, until the time of final check out, where in the final shipping charges will be calculated and displayed (based on the shipping address entered at the time of registration). Any clarifications on the same can be obtained from our customer support desk.
